A WISE HOME subscription plan is our newest subscription designed for the average home user.
A WISE HOME membership is an affordable service plan that can be used in a variety of ways. includes pre-paid time for standard support and emergency onsite support while also extending a reduced labor rate should your service needs exceed your balance of time. You may use your pre-paid time whenever you have a need. Emergency onsite support is billed in 1 hour increments. Standard support is billed in 30 minute increments. We want you to feel safe and secure knowing a skilled engineer is available to you and you also know you won’t be seeing surprising bills later. Purchased time does expire 365 days from activation. We tell customers to think of this program to be similar to an extended warranty. When you are ready to start your project or need help, Simply login and submit a ticket. We will work with you to coordinate a time to get you scheduled as quickly as possible. For standard support, We guarantee to have you on the schedule within 72 hours. For emergency onsite support, we will have you on the schedule within 24 hours.

Most computer issues can be diagnosed and resolved in approximately 45 to 90 minutes or less.
Average computer repairs costs between $75-$150 per hour when a technician is needed onsite. Similarly, remote support costs on average between $50 – $100 per hour.
Our emergency (24 hour response) onsite rate is $125/hour
Our standard (72 hour response) onsite support rate is $75/hour
Our remote support rate is $50.
This membership pays upfront for 1 hour of Emergency Onsite Support and 1 hour of standard or remote support. If for some odd reason, your needs are more complex and require more time, you will appreciate continued reduced hourly rates just because you chose WISELY to start. Additional onsite labor if needed would be billed at $75/hour. Additional remote support time will be billed at a rate of $40/hour.
A WISE HOME membership costs $125
We recommend this plan for residential users. For perspective, this service can be compared to Geek Squad’s Total Tech membership.
